greetings to all

i have noticed wierd situation: in campaign, after my first battle when I sunk both american carrier (lexington and yorktown), i was in great situation to destroy main of allied transports. But, even my mavis and jake's spotted allied transports, and even the weather was clear, planes from my carriers Shokaku (sys damage 19 fl 0 fire 0) and shoho (no damage at all) did not atack those transports..
any idea why did not?

Have you checked their morale? Their chances of flying get lower as their morale gets lower. There's a section in the manual that describes the things that are checked to see if squadrons fly.

Apparently you just had a battle. Is it possible that your remaining carrier(s) are over 110% capacity with planes from damaged ships? If they are over 110% nothing will fly.

Another possibility- is weather preventing them launching?

or...your carriers are low on fuel and/or endurance.

Learned that one the hard way.

You may also have high Operational points on the carriers.
