Box around mouse cursor on AMD drivers

It is an issue with AMD drivers. I've seen this same issue in a few older games with AMD driver. Please fix if possible.
I just found a temp fix. Run windows magnifier and the box around the cursor is gone. You can run the game in windowed mode so the magnifier dialogue is not on top of your game. Open configuration.ini in game folder and change windowed to Yes. You can change the size of the window there too. Weird solution but it does work.
AI just told me another fix for this issue. In control panel mouse settings enable pointer trails and set it to short. That fixes the issue in TOTH.
