Summary screen data for facilities planning

I often wish I could see an empire-wide summary of my facilities Such as:
Power Plants - 3
Lvl 1 - 2
Lvl 2 - 1
Barracks - 4
Lvl 1 - 2
Lvl 2 - 2
Etc.....
This would be a lot of help in assessing current status and future needs.
