PBEM setup

Hi, I click on "PBEM setup" and go to the window where I’m supposed to enter my email, password, port, and SMTP settings. I click "OK," and the game confirms that the settings have been saved, but I don’t see any option or tile anywhere to actually log in to PBEM. I can’t get to the screen where I would view my list of games, etc.
