Getting the game?

Sorry if this question has been asked a zillion times, but the FAQs link isn't accessible and the search function doesn't accept words smaller than 3 letters (like CD).
I have a crappy dial-up connection which I share with members of my family, and so it's rather impractical for me to download SPWAW v7.1 which weighs in at 420 MB. Is there any other option for me? On the SPWAW web page I notice an "Order CD" link. When I click it I am taken to the MatrixGames online store, but nowhere in this store can I find the SPWAW CD. I can find the MegaCampaigns (e.g. Desert Fox, Lost Victories), but not the actual game.
So if anyone can give me some alternatives to downloading, I'd be very grateful.
