For me, it was bannished in the 3.2 version, but it return in the 3.3.

It is again possible for your fighters to gain experience in escorting air supply mission far away from the front.

It means, that you can easely face as German, in the first winter, Soviet fighters with experience of more than 90. Not a very good surprise indeed.

Maybe, a funny "What if" for those how like that.

You just have to make the experience with few fighters escorting supply mission far away from any ennemy CAP, and you will see from your own eyes

Especially with a Me109 and surviving take-off and landing pilots gained experience every time
Experience gain through flight practice
No bug for me but this should be limited to 70 experience and 1 point per flight/mission(maybe with a chance for an additional point) if possible

It might be possible to use the Air training formula for flights/missions with no combat action

without getting experience by flight practice the Ju52 or TB3 units will be hampered a lot especially the Ju52 with only Air Transport as mission

I don't feel it's a bug either, but should have a limit.
