Me and my opponent from Romania are looking for one or two player for 2 vs 2 online-battles. We are playing in Europe so you have to look for that time. 20 pm European time is 2 am New York time

I am stupid ... 20 pm European (gmt) time is 14 pm New York time...
Me and my opponent from Romania want to play at saturday 27th.........21.oo pm gmt.....still interested? maybe we can play at another day or time. Online play is great !!

CET : 23:00 (Kannonenfutter)

Ok, here are the preferences:
Op fire confirm : 5 seconds
Command interventions : 3
Rarity OFF
Fast Artillery ON
Time per turn : 200 seconds
Timeouts : 3
Realism : C&C, Mines, Vehicle breakdowns, Weapon breakdowns, reduced squads OFF
Map size : Large
Battle Date : July 1944
House rules : Infiltrators of any kind (spec ops or guerilla) and airstrikes are banned. Paradrops, however, are allowed.
Also, gentlemen, I remind you the teams : Me and Kannonefutter will play as Germany. Major Destruction, you will play allied with Viking No.2. Originally we intended this to be a Germany vs Soviet, so make up your minds quick and send an e-mail to Kannonenfutter if you wish to play a different nation than Soviet Union.

How many points and how many turns?
I am content playing Soviet but would prefer USA.
I'll defer the choice to Viking.
Also what is the date and time of your v7.1 OOB's? I'll have to make sure that I am using the same ones
Maybe, to be safe, you can email the correct OOB files to me?

Our version is 7.1 basic, OOB not modified in any way, it is exactly the one I downloaded from the links at steelpanthersonline.com

My OOB70 is dated 24/03/2002 but it seems to be incompatible. What is the date of yours?
I can't find a OOB d/l page on the website you quoted.
