I just bought UV and it looks like a great game. But, I don't understand the poor quality of the text used in the Operational and Battle reports. It's like VGA graphics from 20 years ago. This really detracts from the experience because you almost have to spell out each word to understand what is being said. BTW, the text on the maps it fine.

I have a 21" monitor and a FX5600 Nvidia card so I don't think it's my hardware.

I hope this something I'm doing wrong and would appreciate any help. I'd really like to keep this game. Thanks in advance.

Found the problem, It's Window's "Clear Type". Using the "Standard" type cleared everything up. (Go figure..?)
