When Highway to the Reich will be released ? End of october ?
How to buy it from France ? (not from Matrix Store, too many shipping tax ...)

My guess is that it will be the same as for Korsun Pocket, Titan Of Steel or Uncommon Valor.
You might want to check
Duchet and
store4war. Both are french speaking, have prices in EUR and will be happy to ship anywhere in Europe (and maybe a little further). I don't know about "real" store though.
There is also a rumour about a Matrix European store, but it's only a rumour (spread by David Heath himself IIRC).
