Dear Sir,

As you don't see fit to respond to my request for technical support for one of your products than I demand a full refund of the (2) mega-campaigns (Desert Fox & Lost Victories). They will not load properly, no matter what type of installation I perform, and they do not funtion correctly when I play them. The games are not 100% capatible with Windows XP and you did not state this, there for I would like a full refund applied to my credit card. I expect you to respond to this email immedieately. This is the 4th time I am demanding this. You will get a this response every day until you comply with my request. I am posting this to your support website to show that you do not support your product.

We do not give refunds on our products and they do run fine on Windows XP since our customers and support staff use Windows XP. We also handle the support request in the order they are recevied and demanding an answer in 24 is not always possible.
