Game frozen at animations

The game frozen when animatin begins. The music loops and the game is frozen.
I tried disable my soundcard, but thats not the problem. All my other new games are pretty fine (pirates of the caribbean, no mans land.....).
My system: Athlon XP2400, Epox Nf2, Infinion 512 MB DDR, Raedon 9500 Pro with newest catalyst driver, philips sound edge, directX 9,0b.
Who can help me?
