I'd like to know who's responsible for upkeeping them. Some things changed with v 3.3, some new tricks have been discovered - so an update would be great. I'm tired of stating the same amendments again and again

GENERAL HOUSE RULES

1) a/ A Korps/Army cannot change HQ's after receiving Special Supply OR
b/ A Korps/Army may only change HQ's once per turn OR
c/ Load up the mules!!

2) A single HQ can't launch more than two interdiction attacks against a single Corps in one turn. However, a Corps can be interdicted two or more times from different HQ's, as long as each HQ attacks no more than twice.

3) To move a Corps it must have at least one Division sized unit in it.

4) An Armor Korps/Army must have at least one Panzer/Tank, Motorized, PanzerGrenadier (PZG), Mechanized or Cavalry Division in it to plot 5 squares of movement. If an Armored Corps does not have at least one mobile Division in it, it can only plot 2 squares as if it were an Infantry Corps.

5) The West and Italian Front HQs must have at least two fighter air groups and one bomber air group in each at all times. The air groups can be set on training mode. The West Front air groups can be placed in OKW, but if not there then they must be in the West Front HQ.

6) All Soviet HQ's within 3 squares of the eastern edge of the map, are considered to be "in Siberia" and can't be attacked by player directed air missions, such as an airfield attacks. The air groups in these HQ's can't fight however, they must be in training mode only. This rule no longer applies once the HQ has one or more enemy corps adjacent to it.

7) Hungarian, Rumanian, and Finnish units can't be sent to the West or Italian Front HQs. Italian units can't be sent to the West Front HQ.

8) Finnish forces can't attack Leningrad, they can advance to the square north of Leningrad (40,6) as they did historically, but can launch no other attacks, ground or air, on Leningrad itself. The Soviets are still required to garrison Leningrad with at least one 3 Division Corps even though Finland will not attack. (41,6) also may not be occupied by Finnish troops until Germany takes Leningrad If the Germans take Leningrad, Finnish forces are allowed to enter Soviet territory and engage in combat but they must remain within 6 squares of Leningrad. (This rule is an attempt to reflect the realities of the politics between Finland, the Soviet Union, and Germany. The presence of Finnish forces in a coordinated attack on Leningrad with Germany is a huge advantage that the Germans historically did not get. In the game, the addition of Finnish forces makes the difference whether Leningrad falls or not.)

9) For 3.3, the Soviets may not have more than 8 heavy tank factories, while the Germans may not have more than 5. Previous to June 1, 1942 the Soviets may only have 7 heavy tank factories.

10) OPTIONAL: Hungarian and Rumanian units can't be in the same corps.

Thanks!

Ok, I posted a draft of General House Rules. I think this list generally covers the essentials. Comments/Updates/Critisisms? I can edit!

I like the Leningrad rule the best since it makes it hard to take Leningrad, but I think it needs a little clarification. To get the 5 supply, don't the Sov's need to hold both A and B? According to above, doesn't that mean Finland can attack B and take the 5 supply away from Leningrad?

Nope, The square of (40,6) is left above of Leningrad ie. one hex west of square B.

Um, let me ask like this then. Can Finland attck and occupy B, just attack and not occupy B, or not touch B at all? And does it affect the 5 supply Leningrad gets?

You are right. I didn't read it well enough first time. It should be something like "Finns may advance to (40,6) but can't launch any attacks to Leningrad nor (41,6) ie. the hex west of it".

And (41,6) does effect on the supply which Leningrad gets.

Answer for question is "can launch attack to B, but not occupy it". :)
