Was there a Torch MegaC at one time?

I was going through the manual last night. At one point I just began flipping through pages, and got the MC section. The screen shot of the opening menu shows Operation Torch, a 1945 Germany vs. USSR campaign. Was there ever such a MC? Was this perhaps that "sample MegaC" that never appeared? The screen shot is on page 127.

Operation "Torch" was the code name for the North African landing at Casablanca etc. and was proberly the prelude (in Spwaw) mega for Dessert Fox MC.
Did you look on the page I spoke of?

I wasn't asking about the Allied landings, though the MC may relate to them.

No, no Mega Campaign on Torch.
There are two campaigns among the nine or ten that I did for SPWAW that are regular campaigns. One is about Operation Torch, called "Preparing the Way."
The other is called "The Victors," about a USA - Soviet confrontation at the Elbe River that goes for five battles.
Both of these are campaigns but were never made into Mega Campaigns...

So I guess that means the page in the manual was just window dressing. Rats...
