This is getting ridiculous.

Are you guys currently/planning/never going to address this issue?

For the love of God, post something like, "Hey its a 'known issue' and this will be addressed in the new patch" or "we're working on it. We'll keep you posted.".

Man, I'm here every day looking around but if I knew the patch was going to fix it, I'd hang tight, and if it wasn't, I'd be selling it on eBay.

Don't just leave us hanging.

install runs fine but the game hangs on startup -- no error message, no blue screen, it just hourglasses for a few seconds, CD spins, and then nothing except the desktop.

I can't even end task in task manager until I eject the CD from the drive.

There are quite a few others with the same problem but I think they've given up as they aren't around anymore.

The other common problem is with the CD Protection. Some people are having issues with the 'can't run without original CD' message.

Matrix suggested moving around your CD drive to the master on your IDE controller.

I have a normal CD drive and a RW CD drive. I've had a problem with it working on the RW drive but not my primary one. Maybe its a bad CD. Is it too late to exchange it?

Grayface, we are working on it. And then patch will be there when it´s done. We have stated this often before allready. I seen no sense in reposting that every 6 hours.

Here's a little tip, Marc:
The customer is always right..

Thankfully, Alex got in touch with me today and we're in the process of debugging the problem. You can go ahead and carry on with whatever it is you do there now, ok?

Have a super day.
