Is there any way to speed up the mouse cursor? Is there an ini file I can modify for it or something? It's just too slow for my tastes.

Yep, edit tcc.cfg and add the following lines to the top of the file after [system]...

[mouse]
mouse_accel_factor = 1

experiment with the values.
