Another query about 3.3.

It is Dec 14th. I am Axis. Axis losses are about 10,000 squads, Soviet are 60,000 odd.

When I look at the resource pools, I have nearly 12,000 infantry squads sitting there (c 600,000 men).

I can't remember exactly what I would have expected in previous versions, but I think 1,000 or so would have been tops. Can anyone shed any light on this? It seems incredibly high.

I'm playing a version in 3.2 where my replacement pool is a bit large than yours. I'm also at the same turn in the game, I think. Yes, the Axis side. I've done this on purpose though, keeping my infantry units small so that they can weather the blizzard with less loss. Losing 10% of 200 squads a blizzard turn is better than losing 10% of 333 squads.

I'm avoiding the gamey option of just withdrawing before the enemy. Two blizzard turns with no shatters as of yet.
