Shipping costs without rebate?

Still going over my options here I decided I might buy the game without the rebate hassle that is... until I saw the shipping costs! The only option I get is $40,- to get it shpped overnight. Thats almost as much as the game costs! The rebate offer charges $ 7,- for shipping isn't there any cheaper option to buy the game online via credit card and get it shipped (I don't mind waiting a few extra days for delivery)
