In 29 of september 2001 I have bougth to games to you. My Bank inform me than two days later the money was in your account, but this is not the problem. Until today I haven´t received any notice about the games or about if you have any problem. This is the 3rd message I write to you and i don´t know nothing about this.

Please try to clerified me what is the problem i would like to have this games.

Inuil, I'm not part of the Matrix staff, but the
Mega Campaign Lost Victories has not shipped yet. I think part of the problem has to do with the things going on right now (WTC bombing and some guys getting called up). Last I read somewhere is that it should start to ship by hte end of this month. I hope this helps. Someone else will add more info if my info is not correct.

MCLV hasn't shipped yet, which is why it hasn't shown up.
As for the other game you mention, I see it's listed as "Download Only", which means you gotta go out to the game site and download it yourself.
In other words, they aren't shipping you a CD for that one.
Speculating here, but One would think your Matrix Registration login/password ought to clear you in to that site for download.
