Too Quiet on my Eastern Fronts

Things seemed to have slowed down a bit for me (gamewise), so I'm looking to try the 3.3 version of WIR. The tanks look a bit different, and I'd like to see how the blizzard goes.
I'll play either side, with house rules. I also need the file to make the thing function for PBEM. I've read the posts, and tried loading and saving, yet it still won't come up to make a password.
