Patch info mentions 'minor game balances...'

I have heard of one, where AT and AA will become 1 step support units instead of line fillers/hole pluggers. As the Russki I am not sure I consider that 'minor'. What other game balance items are scheduled?

That's by far the most important change in terms of game balance. We don't really consider it 'minor', perhaps 'medium'. It hadn't been done when the initial patch notes were posted, but it is fully explained in the final patch notes.
