AI level

I know it might sound as a stupid question but i'm a total newbie to this game and i have put AI level to 10, but i'm finding the game easy...On what AI level should I play?
I don't ever recall adjusting it from the default of '0'. If I wanted to adjust the degree of difficulty for a game, I've played with the Player Preferences.
