IJN Scen 12 Opponent

Looking for an intermediate level IJN Opponent in Scen 12. Would like the following settings. IJN 120% ship commitment, USN 100%, very variable reinforcements for both sides, FOW, US DC, Weather Effects On, IJN Sub Doctrine at IJN choice. Just think, almost a whole game with nothing but P-39s and F4Fs to fight. [:'(]
