I recently posted a note to the tech dept. letting them know that they had introduced a bug into a program (TOS 1.4) that prior to them messing with did not exist (unstable when run on WinNT4). They inturn send me back a reply " We do not provide support for free downloads." Well if your not going to support the games you improve, then don't mess with the program to start with. <img src="mad.gif" border="0">

What I said was that we don't support them through the help desk and I sent you to the forum where the folks doing the work on the game are available to answer questions. The help desk is for problems paying customers have with things like ordering and shipping.
The forums are the place to get game specific help with the free games.

The important word here is 'free'
