When determining salvage and bounty modificaqtions due to skill, do Jocks who ejected but survive count for determining who has the highest DC/ Business skill?

Or is it simply the Jocks still in their Titans?

Survivors do count. Note that the best manager/mechanic from each side, not just team, is used for salvage calculation. There are no bounty modifications due to skills.
