When do Allies start producing P-38's

Can anyone tell me when the Allies start producing P-38's and what the stats are for them..

Have a look at the "Lost Files Thread". The attachment is a text file of the stats for all aircraft in Version 3.2. In the case of the P-38 Lightning, it comes in two models, the P-38G and P-38J. The -G variant comes earlier, about the end of September 1942. Ratings are: Manuever 26, Cannon 12, Range 4, Payload 5, Durability 28.
