Editing Campaigns

There seems like there should be an obvious answer to this but I can't find it.....I'm creating scenarios to link as a campaign. My question is how do I deploy my forces after the 1st turn (since I don't know what will be left?) Do I purchase a new core force for each scenario? Thanks in advance.

You probably did but, if not, read the manual from page 172 to 176; it’s a good starting point to better understand the Campaigns designing mechanics.

I think you might be confused about how forces are kept track of in a campaign. There are basically two (2) ways to go about what you are talking about.

1) Establish a set core force that the player buys and this core force is kept throught the camp. Do this by setting the 'build' figure in the editing screen to whatever you want the core force size to be for the 1ST SCEN. After that the 'build' column should be set for repair points for the core. To establish an area for set-up and deployment, adjust the blue flags in the SCENARIO EDITOR.

-or-

2) You set the core force for the player. Set all 'build' points to 0. You buy all the player 1 units in the SCEN EDITOR and place them where ever you want. The player then has to use your core force to earn points.

Hope this helps.

Thanks. I thought that 's how it worked but I was unclear how to deploy my forces after the 1st scenario (in the editor) . Hopefully I have it now...
