is there going to be a new updated version so we dont have to do all this patching and updating crap?

cuz i STILL cant get mine to run [:(]

and its really getting frustrating [:(]

I really dont know, it might be that there is a problem with the disk you were sent as it should have worked from the disk. I was hopng that the paches might have fixed this for you, as I have never had any problems.

The only thing I can suggest is to uninstall and reload reinstall the disk version first, thn try to get it to run, if you have problems then your disk might be at fault

Hi I have been playing uv for over a year and all
of a sudden I started having a lot of problems,
wouldn't startup and would crash out,
then I couldn't reinstall the game.
the problem was my cd player was dying and some files wouldn't
load upon install or it was missreading when starting the game.
you might check your cd player if it is older and for 30 bucks
get a new one. ( took me weeks last year to figure that one out)[;)]
