v. 2.3 to v. 4.5 upgrade

Are there any web sites that still have the link to v.2.3 to v.4.0+ upgrade patch? I've been putting off upgrading the game at my home, and now I can't seem to find it...

Yes, it gets you to 4.0, then you need to install the others to get to 4.5
