I asume that Zeplines and the Air war in general will be modeled as well, and we can look forward to Bombing England?

Hi!
At this point I don't think so. It just doesn't fit the scale of the game. Fighter, bomber and Zepellin counters were designed initially, however.
The air war has been abstracted into "air recon." Eric does a fine job explaining how it works. I think the general feeling is that although the concepts of aireal recon, close air support, air superiority and even strategic bombing were tested and applied in this war, its actual effectiveness and ability to influence the ground war was pretty limited.

I thought the highly successful Zepline blitz was one of the major reasons Germany won WWI. Didn't they act in concert with the supersecret German midget subs that were the precursors of the Japanese models that were so instrumental in Japan winning WWII?

Im sure that was a mistake about germany winning WW1?
They could well have held out and declared a ceasefire at the begining of 1918 however with the influx of soldiers from the eastern front they thought they could win the war.
Yeah you def are joking just noticed the japanese comment

TY Lava, I was woundering if they had been included in one way or another, thought it would be fun to use them, Airships have always been a subject of some interest for me.

Brady,
While having Zeppelins bombing England would be fun it just wouldn't work at the grand strategic scale the game utilizes. Lava (Ray) is quite correct in saying that their impact upon the war at the game's scale was insignificant, unlike the Allied bomber blitz of Germany in WW2. While the air war is simple it actually reflects well the "command" decisions the strategic thinkers had to make, how much R&D to spend on improving their airpower plus what fronts to place planes on to gain much needed recon of enemy strength to make proper attack decisions.
