Repair - docked TF or disbanded?

Is there a difference in repair rates (larger bases, especially) if your TF is merely docked rather than disbanded?

There certainly is, disbanded ships repair faster, but still relatively slowly compared to sending them to PH or Tokyo

Thanks, I thought so, but when I disband them it lists them as "anchored" at the base and I (silly rabbit!) then thought "how could then be under repair if they are at anchor in the harbor?!" I just needed a reminder...
