Another quick question-

When turning my surface fleet into a fast transport fleet, I am unable to load up anything. I select the correct option and it says...Loading, but the next turn nothing has been loaded into my ships. What is the reason for this?

Make sure you have a destination set for the FT TF BEFORE you load supplies, otherwise it will load them and then unload right back!

One of several "bugs" in the fast transport routines is at work here. You've got to disband your surface combat TF, then re-form it as a fast transport TF in order for it to work properly - or become subject to one of the other FT TF bugs.
