Before jumping into this - I have enjoyed Frank's previous games and so far this one is a step beyond, however I have a couple of questions from the manual.

On page 11 - the Burn Depot Graphic - I assume this is the wrong one?

On page 4 - Weather - I assume there are certain months that snow is not possible - what happens the the percentages for rain or clear then?

On page 5 - "Each point of bad conditions
generates a 25% chance of increasing the time it takes to
move a hex by an hour (this effect is not cumulative). This
means that bad ground conditions such as eight points
would mean eight chances of increasing march delays by
an hour. Its possible then for delays of several hours to
occur for each hex moved due to bad weather."

I am not sure about the last sentence.. is it cumulative or not?

"7.4 DIVISION ORDER
IMPLEMENTATION
Once a division/unit receives the player’s orders (either
directly or from either its corps commander or the army
commander), there is no guarantee they will be carried
out immediately. The implementation of an order is based
upon a random number generated by rolling two
(computer generated) six-sided dice; the result is
compared against the corps commander’s Acceptance
Value. If the sum of the dice is less than the Acceptance
Value, the orders are accepted and implemented. If the
sum exceeds the Acceptance Value, the implementation
of the order is considered to be delayed for at least
another hour. A check will be conducted each hour until
the orders are accepted."

Where can one find the Acceptance rating for leaders?

Let me start with these I will have more later.

On weather during months when snow is not possible its just more rain.

On the "page 5" quastion, it is cumulative.

"Acceptance" rating is the Administration rating modified by the current confidence level of the corps.
