I'm not sure where it is, but you should add the information on Thruster activation bitmasks... I think that was implemented.
Also the engine colors information

Quick question about the engine colours is there a way to make it like a rocket like a yellow like orangy red colour i've looked at the red and yellow but they just dont work?

Try the Fusion drive type. Plasma is the blue-white glow that most of the military ships use, Fusion is the orangey-red glow that the commercial freighters use.

By purchasing the full version. Cruisers and bombers are not in the demo to save space.

3.7.6 includes Courageous-class cruiser and Cobra-class bomber. Should still be available somewhere. Use Google if you are interested.
