Consequences of supply rate

Hi again,

in difference to my last question could anyone explain the consequences of the supply rates?
What is the difference between a unit with a rate of 1 and another with 6. Does it mean that the second one will resupply six times faster? Or does it mean 10% and 60% of the neccessary supply? Or is there no difference and the only important thing is to look for the first square with a rate of 0?

Always thankful,
Andreas

The higher the supply level, the higher the readiness recovery. I don't know if there are other effects as well.

as far as i can tell, 6 supply gives you +30% readiness that turn, 5 supply gives you 25%, etc. penalties may reduce the actual unit gain in readiness (especially the sov's in '41). same thing for special supply - the thing is it costs the same OP to supply each div whether it gets +30%, or for 1 supply +5%!
