A simple question: how can I pause Steel Panthers World at War ? Thank you very much for your help.

From the manual: to pause the game, hit ALT and TAB together. This also minimizes the game screen. Sometimes you may have to perform this action more than once. Click on the SPWaW button in the task bar to continue gameplay.
Now, if you're in the opponents turn/op fire phase, you don't have to say "oh, crap!" if the phone rings or someone knocks on the door. [;)]
