I loaded one of the included scenarios, used [Save As] to give it a different name. I then went into the Reinforcement Screen and adjusted the Day and Time Range for some of the units. I then saved the scenario. When I open it and play the reinforcements are showing the arrival times of the original Scenario. When I open the scenario again using the editor they are showing my new modified times. Am I doing something wrong?

Have you changed every schedule for the side?

There can be multiple ones for each type, Standard, Favour Axis etc.
