Where can I find my serial number to be able to download the patch??? I must have lost it.

Did you save your email order confirmatoin?

I guess not. Can't locate it. Can it be recovered?

If you deleted it from your inbox it should still be in your deleted items folder...if you have emptied your deleted file folder already, you can still recover it in your trash bin....if for some reason, you already emptied out your trash bin, then you are probably going to need to email Matrix support..show them some form of proof of purchase ( name cc ect.) and then they might be able to help you out...

go to support, if you bought it, it is on file

I lost mine too, I went in to see how I could ask and seen it was still with the order

Hard Sarge is 100% right and it's easier than my suggestion....I just checked my order status, found in support, and even though it's been over a month since I bought it, my info is still there including the serial number....all you need is your email addy and last 5 digits of your CC....

Still, isn't this a bit stupid? Do I need this serial number between now and forever every time there is an update? I have installed this game, it is running, the serial number is checked, so why can't the update check it before installing? Even MS manages to get that right.

I do not have the e-mail (I did save it, but outlook managed to mangle the directory), and I don't think I am going to the trouble of hunting it down. Deleting the game is an easier option. and I am not going to order this way again.

If you simply save the email into a folder, and cut and paste the serial number when needed, it's really no big deal....[8|]

But you can not have it both ways..... When you download the game please make a text file and save the serial number. Once that done burn your game to a CD and you will have it for life.
