Hearts of Iron 2? WTF?!

Just when when it seemed the original was getting close to being something decent, they decide to release another one? Obviously someone over at Paradox said, "Gee, if we release it in completed form, maybe we can make more money off this dead horse...."

I also agree, Paradox is a funny one, thinking they can scam us once again with another lame product out of the box that will take another year and a half to fix into working condition. lol

I wont be buying it, that is for sure. Unless, of course it shows up in the 2 dollar bargain bin. Then MAYBE it will be worth it just to hang around the office.

You should try vitoria, another HOI esk offering from Paradox then, its even worse and as confusing as hell to boot!

You should try vitoria, another HOI esk offering from Paradox then, its even worse and as confusing as hell to boot!
Have it, hate it. Paradox is going the route of Wizards; release a flawed product (Star Wars d20) wait until sales drop off (bout 6 months in this case) and then come out with a "new and improved version" (course by this time I'd spent about a hundred bucks on the books). [:@] I sold all of my RPG stuff (Star Wars, D&D,Cthulhu SpyCraft); total worth of a grand and small change and only got 200 bucks for it. [:(]
:note that Spycraft isn't a Wizard's product; it kicks ass.

HOI got better after the patching but it still not a great game or that reailistic.
I got it for free from a friend so i can't bitch too much!

Yeah tried to play it, have given up at the momment appears to you have to tax your poor population upto about 80% to make ends meat, me thinks they might protest some...
