Where have I been for the last two weeks? Buried in my...waist in sand! Man, "I've been to the desert on a "tank" with no name...it felt good to be out on the range.."

The tank has a name now, Hard Times. How do you translate that?

Much like a building rising from thousands of beams, tons of mortar and many man-hours of hard work, this North Africa Mega Campaign is taking form.

And it's a beaut! Art work being added, now with over 100 battles, and almost every situation you can imagine (and some you might not)is going to confront the hearty warrior who braves the wastelands with General Rommel.

Historical articles, pictures, maps, battles, commentaries and your core force which you will guide through the desert from El Agheila to the border of Egypt!

It's close, fellas! It's very close. I'm sporting three days of beard growth and my wife thinks I'm so ripe she pops in to spray the Glade to keep down the funk.

I keep telling her it's like that in the desert. Its coming soon!

Interesting. The senior officers hated Rommel as much as his subordinates loved him...except for a few young lieutenants and captains who got the dressing down of their lives (G).
