Hello

I tried to patch my 1.0 game but i can't log on to matrix FTp server
I get a message "connection denied" (with either SmartFTP or internet explorer)

Is anybody else hosting the files? (2.0 to 2.30)

thanks! :)

Auto-update is working fine for v2.0...

True update for earlier v2.1 2.2 etc... is not working

what's wrong? and where do I get missing files?

thanks :)

I had a problem a few weeks back trying to update using True Update path. About 98% was downloaded when I got an error message saying the download could not be completed due to some missing file. I don't know what the file was because I got mad and closed the screen without writing it down. [:@]

I've tried downloading the individual patches but because my ISP does not provide DSL or highspeed capabilities where I live I gave up after waiting an hour for even 1% of the 2.1 patch to download.

Auto-update to version 2.0 worked for me
But after that, (true update replaced auto-update in the game menu) when I tried to update the game I get this message: "the file is missing"..(no trueupdate.exe in the game directory [&:] )

Patches files are not available on Matrix FTP... [:(] where can download those files?

thanks! [&o]

Look at the top of your browser window. There“s a button saying "downloads" in the Matrix nav bar:

http://www.matrixgames.com/support/downloads.asp

There click on the UV box and download the patches you need.

The URLs are all working fine.

It might be a certain setting in your browser / FTP client or a security setting that is conflicting here.
