UV WONT RUN

no matter wat i have tried to do, whether i thought of it on my won, or done wats been suggested, my copy of UV REFUSES to play

ive had it for 2 months, after ordering it AND poutting it on OVERNIGHT SPEED delivery, the dam thing WILL NOT WRK

i cant think of anything else to try, and i think everyone else thats tried to help me is in the same position

wat is wrong with it?

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. attach to a reply email to us
