Actually, this is normal... The planes should become "damaged" after being loaded onto MCS's. This is done to simulate the planes being disassembled before loading.

On the other hand, if you load squadrons onto AV's (seaplane cruisers), they will not get damaged. Also, unlike MCS's, each carry capacity point on an AV counts as one plane.

i know the differences between damaged, ready and lost planes [:D]

when i embark a full squadron of 48 ready fighters on a CVE or some freighters in LA, and disembark them in Fidji, only some twenty planes see the lovely island ?!

No CVE is capable of holding 48 fighters and "some" freighters might not enough
For 48 fighters usually 10-15 ships are required
After loading the planes on a TF enter the TF click on the ship symbol and view the cargo data to verify all planes have been loaded

Each fighter requires 20 points of cargo space to load on board a ship. (Unless it's an aviation-type ship such as a CVE or an AV.) Thus, a squadron of 48 fighters would need 960 cargo points, or typically 10 ships. Dive-bombers and torpedo bombers require 30 points each, and most other types require 40 points. (Exact numbers should be in the PWHINTS file.)
