PBEM error code 6003

Hello Administrator
Im having a problem installing the UK 111 patch. Ive gone to your download section and downloaded the patch to my HDD.
On trying to install the patch I got error code 6003:[8|]
close all programs
empty the temp folder
check internet connection
Ive checked all these things and have even reinstalled my KP
Im thinking maybe I should try installing the US version will it matter? and why?
I have a couple of people waiting to PBEM and am getting bored of playing AI[>:]
your assistance will be greatly appreciated[&o]

p.s: is this uk patch the latest and do I need to install previous patches for this to work.
