Looks awesome, but it doesnt format right in 1280x960.

I like that designation- StarDreadnought.

@Razeam> I can do that but I don't want to.

Well, I likie the design, but you seem to be limiting it. I'm running in 1600x1200 and nothing is lined up right. I have to reduce my window size to 1024x768 to get it to look correct.

But, other than that, it's a great website, although the buttons need mouseovers.

Actually Damo, webdesign is what I do, if you'd like I could modify it to work in any resolution, and add mouseovers to your buttons and such...

ya, if you download it you will see why

I kind of cheated just to see if the design works

I still have to break it all up, and use tables and crap to get it to line up and then allow for mouse over effects

I do everything in frontpage, so i"m learning dreamweaver right now, but it looks SO much more complicated for something that frontpage makes SO simple

I cant get it to auto allign with the layers i'm using, dunno why, dont know THAT much about web pages really

What kind monitor? CRT, LCD, TFT, else? Size? Refresh rate? Producer? Model?

I myself have cheap 17" Samsung CRT and best it can do is 1024x768 with 86 Hz. For new PC I would like get some good CRT with those resolutions and 85+ Hz. Don't tell me to go flat screens. I dislike dead pixels and flat without dead pixels is very costly.

Sorry for being off topic, but

I'm using a 19" MultiSync FE950+ CRT monitor made by NEC. It's actually kinda old. And uhm, it is a flat screen :P

Also, I have no idea what refresh rate I'm using, and I'm to lazy to go search google for how to find out, but the monitor's description says:
640 x 480 @ 55 to 160 Hz
800 x 600 @ 55 to 146 Hz
832 x 624 @ 55 to 141 Hz
1024 x 768 @ 55 to 116 Hz
1152 x 870 @ 55 to 103 Hz
1280 x 1024 @ 55 to 89 Hz
1600 x 1200 @ 55 to 76 Hz
1792 X 1344 @ 55 to 68 Hz

Or, a direct link to the monitor:

With flat I meant TFT and LCD type monitors. You can check out monitor's refreshrate from monitor's menus if available. If not, right-click desktop, choose Properties, pick Settings tab and push Advanced. There choose Monitor tab and pick Refresh Frequency from list. There could be other tabs with other settings (Maximum Refresh Rate), so make sure to check them out.

Project 7 is supposed to be more realistic space combat than Starshatter itself on Standard setting. I have got some doubts from screenshots I have seen. In those screenshots starships are very clearly within visual range and even below 10 km distance instead 10 000 km. Is this going to beat I-War in realism, we need wait and see. Likely this is going to lose to Warhead (Amiga and Atari ST computers) in realism.

Its going to have a relistic story, background, and weapon/ship/fighte rsetup and all that

Just.. think of starshatter, but with the graphics pushed up a lot(milo has to work against a wall to not alienate people in the VERY hard to break into genra, we dont)

As for actuall sizing and everything, the ships themselves will be of accurate sizes, but expanded a bit, there is no fun in fighting dots all day and thast what we found at accurate sizes.
