Single player custom campaigns?

Got another question, or rather prayer.
Will it be possible to create custom dynamic capmaigns for single player mode? I know it wount be possible for multi but please please please say it will be for single player..

Do you mean its possible to do it for the Demo already but its undocumented or that it might be possible but nothing has been said about it yet?

It's possible but you have to be initiated into Milo's Secret Mod Society or something.
I hear it involves combs.
