I bought AtD add on but did not save it to disk ( I know my fault... ) and my computer crashed - I still have the purchase info ( serial number and all that ) - can't I just download it again and use my old serial number??

Or do I have to buy it again??

Follow the link above called Support. From there you can find the information you need. You shouldn't have to repurchase AtD.
