Okay - computer crashed - now I have a new computer 'cause the old one was on its last leg -

I bought the Strat Guide and have the purchase info ( serial number, ect.. ) but how do I download another copy? I don't have to buy it again do I??

I hope this works for you. Log in. Go to store, select region, then click on 'check order status'. Will ask for email and order number or email and last 4 digits of credit card used. Will then show you your complete order status for the strat guide AND allow you to download it again. Sure someone else will correct me if this is wrong. Good luck.

Hi, you can retrieve the link at any time. Please go to our E-Store and click on "help" , there check the "I need help downloading." link. Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.
