Rail Points

Anyone know how the number of available rail points are calculated and is there any player action that can increase them. I wondered if the amount of the rail net you control affects the rail points you get[&:].

You get 5000 points and a factory tranfer costs 3000p, divisions 1p per size (or is it strength). IIRC distance affected only to readiness. No action may increase those points but v 3.1 and 3.2 had a bug that allowed to get 60000 tranfer points
(Do not use in pbem).
