Digital Download Question

I purchased the digital download for AtD back in February. I also ordered a backup CD, just in case. I would like to install AtD on my work PC also, but, when I try to install it it asks for my ID number. I'm not sure what to use so I use my "Order ID" on the CD and it says it's invalid. Is this what I should be using? Thanks.

you should have received an email and also having been shown the serial number after your fullfilled your purchase. In case neither happend or you missed it you can retrieve the serial number at any time.
Please go to our E-Store and click on "help" , there check the "I need to lookup my serial / unlock key" link.
