Clouds Bug?

In a player vs computer game, I noticed during the combat phase that computer TF's that I believe had not been spotted were getting the "cloud" icon over it, telling me not only that their missions affected by weather, but that there is something there.
I do not know if this is occurring in a multiplayer game, but is something to look into.

This occurs in multiplayer game too, this is not a bug, this is one of the design flaws, program generates only one combat replay, for both allied and japanese player, ideally, there must be two different combat replays for both players with different reports and map layers, only with two replays FoW system can work as it should, without such strange glitches. But right now we have just one and have to live with it. Cloud symbol, that indicates heavy weather conditions, can appear above all hexes where friendly and/or enemy units (LCUs, TFs and probably AU also) are located, DL is not taken into account here, program shows weather conditions for both players simultaneously.

DL *is* taken into account. You will not see anything if the ship has not been spotted. Check your ops report for sighting info.
